International Renter Requirements
International renters must present a valid driver’s license from their home country. An International Driving Permit (IDP) is recommended if the license is not in English. IDPs must be issued by authorized agencies in the renter’s home country (such as AAA or equivalent organizations). A3K Rentals does not issue or verify third-party permits and is not responsible for invalid or fraudulent documentation.
All international renters must provide the following:
• Valid driver’s license from home country
• International Driving Permit (IDP) (required if license is not in English)
• Valid passport
• Credit card in renter’s name
A security deposit hold will be placed on the credit card at the time of rental.
Insurance Requirement
All renters must either:
• Provide valid full coverage insurance, or
• Purchase A3K Rentals protection coverage at $45 per day
Usage Restrictions
• Vehicles must remain within Kansas and Missouri only
• Unauthorized travel outside approved areas is strictly prohibited
Important Notice
By signing the rental agreement, the renter accepts full responsibility for the vehicle during the rental period, including any damage, loss, or violations.
